Recently, I got an opportunity to watch the movie Baby’s Day Out again. Interestingly, I decided to remind you the story….   Baby's Day Out is an American family comedy adventure film, written by John Hughes and produced in the year 1994.   The plot centers on a wealthy baby's kidnapping by three incompetent villains, his escape and adventure through a big city while being pursued by the kidnappers.  "Bink" has adoring parents Laraine and Bennington, They live in a huge mansion in a suburb of Chicago. Nigeria Recipe- Abula

Hi Everyone! It’s Friday and today, we will be talking about my favorite native dish. I am talking about the very popular Abula (one of the foods held in high esteem in the Yoruba land). Abula is a combination of Amala (Yam Flour), Gbegiri and Ewedu. I can actually taste the soup in my mouth as I’m typing this.  Longer throat me, I know. Abula isn’t everybody’s cup of tea but try it once and you’ll be hooked as it is super delicious. Gbegiri soup (the yellow one in the image) is a Yoruba soup prepared with beans which comes alive with ewedu (A mucilaginous and very slim draw soup made from jute leaves also known as ayoyo or saluyot leaves) soup and assorted meat.   Hi everyone! Its Wednesday again!!!It is yet another opportunity to love someone. Guess who has our heart for the week! In today’s edition of #WCW, we will be crushing one the Nollywood Princess, actress, dancer and guitarist. She is no other than our very own beautiful, pointed nosed Adesua Etomi. Adesua Temitope Etomi is a Nigerian Actress. She was born in Owerri Imo state. Her father is a soldier and her mother, an engineer. She is the youngest of three siblings. Adesua attended Corona school in Victoria Island Lagos where she joined a dance group at age seven.  At age thirteen, she moved to the United Kingdom and later obtained a diploma in physical theatre, musical theatre and performing arts from City College Coventry where she graduated with triple distinction.
